CUSTOM REQUESTS
Please contact info@dumondjewelry.com for all custom inquiries. Custom designs require up to 12 weeks for production. Designs are available in 18k gold, 22k gold and platinum. Please note that custom jewelry is final sale, and ineligible for discounts and returns.
SHIPPING
Du Mond rings are handcrafted to order. Please allow 8 weeks to 12 weeks for production.
For rush orders, please contact info@dumondjewelry.com before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that expedited shipping is subject to an additional fee.
Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. All orders are shipped with a signature is required upon delivery. Orders shipped with the necessary documentation to allow for a smooth entrance to your country. Please understand that we do not have control over customs fees or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Packages are the responsibility of our shipping once they leave our studio. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect your package to you.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Production begins soon after orders are placed so that you can receive your selections as promptly as possible. To cancel or modify an order, please email us within 12 hours of making your purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel your order.
We’re happy to offer refunds and exchanges for your jewelry for a reasonable restocking fee, up to 21 days after the item is received. Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn and undamaged jewelry. Orders that have been engraved or otherwise customized are ineligible for return or exchange. We refuse the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
Jewelry must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The rings themselves are not resizeable, but may be exchanged for a similar size if initated within the standard return period. We always recommend having your ring size measured professionally before purchasing for security.
Please contact info@dumondjewelry.com for a return authorization and instructions. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees, which are deducted from the refund amount. Returns shipped without authorization, or outside of the approved window, will be returned to sender. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We're not accountable for returns lost or damaged in transit, so ensure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance. We are unable to offer returns and exchanges on custom styles.
REPAIRS
Should there be any wear issues, we will gladly repair your ring for free up to the first five years. To inquire about a repair, contact info@dumondjewelry.com. Be sure to include your name, a photo of the damaged item, a detailed description, and proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchange requests. Please note that we are not responsible for loose, missing, or damaged exterior stones.
CARE AND CLEANING
We recommend using a soft T-shirt or a treated polishing cloth, like a Sunshine Cloth, to remove tarnish. Be sure to avoid cleaning with paper towels or other coarse materials, as they can scratch your jewelry.
PROTECTING YOUR JEWELRY
To preserve the surface of your jewelry, wear gently when possible. Be sure to keep your jewelry away from cleaning products, perfumes, oils, and lotions, and any other abrasives or solvents as they can affect the surface. Store your rings in a soft cloth pouch or lined box to protect it if removed.
Taking these precautions will help ensure that your jewelry stays in beautiful condition for generations.
