CUSTOM REQUESTS

Please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com for all custom inquiries. Custom designs require approximately twelve weeks for production once the design has been confirmed. Please note that custom jewelry is final sale, and ineligible for discounts or promotions.

SHIPPING

Du Mond rings are handcrafted to order.  Please allow eight to twelve weeks for production. 

For rush orders, please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. All orders are shipped with a signature is required upon delivery. Orders shipped with the necessary documentation to allow for a smooth entrance to your country.  Please understand that we do not have control over customs fees or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.   

Packages are the responsibility of our shipping once they leave our studio. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect your package to you.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Production begins soon after orders are placed so that you can receive your selections as promptly as possible.   To cancel or modify an order, please email us within 12 hours of making your purchase.  Once production begins, we are unable to cancel your order.  

The rings in the Du Mond collection are ineligible for return or exchange, but may be resized for an additional fee. We recommend having your ring size measured professionally before purchasing your ring for security.

Please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com for a resize authorization and instructions.   The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from our studio.  Orders shipped without authorization, or outside of the approved window, may be returned to sender. We're not responsible for product lost or damaged in transit, so ensure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance.  We are unable to offer returns and exchanges on custom styles. 

REPAIRS

To inquire about a repair, contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com. Be sure to include your name, a photo of the damaged item, a detailed description, and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchange requests. Please note that we are not responsible for loose, missing, or damaged stones.

CARE AND CLEANING

We recommend using a soft T-shirt or a treated polishing cloth, like a Sunshine Cloth, to remove tarnish. Be sure to avoid cleaning with paper towels or other coarse materials, as they can scratch your jewelry.  

PROTECTING YOUR JEWELRY

To preserve the surface of your jewelry, wear gently when possible. Be sure to keep your jewelry away from cleaning products, perfumes, oils, and lotions, and any other abrasives or solvents as they can affect the surface. Store your rings in a soft cloth pouch or lined box to protect it if removed.

 Taking these precautions will help ensure that your jewelry stays in beautiful condition for generations.
