SHIPPING

Du Mond rings are handcrafted to order.  Please allow 4four4 weeks for production. 

For rush orders, please leave a note at checkout or contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders are shipped with tracking, insurance and signature requirements. International orders are packed with the necessary documentation to allow for a smooth entrance into your country.  Please understand that we do not have full control over customs fees and timelines. Any customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and should be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

To modify an order, please email us to inquire within 36 hours of making your purchase.  Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.  

The rings in the Du Mond collection are ineligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, but may be resized or remade in alternative size for an additional fee. We recommend having your ring size measured professionally before purchasing your ring for security.

Please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com for resize instructions.   Orders shipped without authorization, or outside of the approved window, may be returned to sender. We're not responsible for product lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance.

 ALTERNATIVE METALS

The rings in the collection may be customized in 22k gold and platinum for an additional fee. Rings made with alternative metals are considered custom orders, and are ineligible for return. For pricing inquiries, contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com

CUSTOM REQUESTS

Please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com for all custom inquiries. Custom designs require approximately 8eight8 weeks for production. Please note that custom jewelry is final sale, and ineligible for discounts or promotions.

REPAIRS

Due to the nature of the design, it is unlikely that your Du Mond ring will require a repair. To inquire about a current or future repair, please contact hello@dumond-jewelry.com. Be sure to include your name, a photo of the item, a detailed description, and proof of purchase.

CARE AND CLEANING

We recommend using a soft T-shirt or a treated polishing cloth, like a Sunshine Cloth, to remove tarnish from the outside of the Du Mond bands. Ultrasonic cleaners may be used to keep the diamonds on the inside of the band bright and free of debris.
